The staff were the best part of my one-night stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional, while still being easy to approach. They were happy to answer questions and help, and their warm service made me feel welcome from arrival to checkout. The location was handy too, with several restaurants within walking distance, so finding somewhere to eat didn’t require a car. In the room, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept well. It was spacious, practical, and clean, with air conditioning that worked efficiently and was easy to adjust. The bathroom was spotless and well cared for, from the sink and shower to the fresh towels and neatly arranged toiletries. Breakfast was fairly simple, with a limited selection, but what was there tasted fresh and good. It was enough for a quick meal before I continued my journey. My stay was brief, but it gave me a pleasant impression of the hotel, especially the comfortable room, clean facilities, convenient location, and helpful team.

Great coffee and a good breakfast at a very nice hotel in Santarcangelo.

Hotel Della Porta has so much character. Our room was furnished with antiques and had a tromp l'oiel ceiling, so there was nothing bland or chain-like about the decor. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and we loved staying there. Santarcangelo is a charming town to wander around, and the hotel is close enough to other places that it could work well as a base for a longer holiday.

We arranged for the hotel to host our wedding guests, asking several months ahead. They were able to accommodate them, and every guest was delighted with their stay. The hotel is right in central Santarcangelo.

This town is so sweet and quaint. Take a walk through the old streets and visit the Grotto. And eat at La Sangiovesa.
