Don’t be taken in by the special guest. I went to the dinner show last night and the organization was awful. They packed people around the tables to bring in more money, and a wall blocked the view so badly that you couldn’t sit and watch the show. The sound was deafening instead of clear, and the entertainment itself was forgettable. The waiters seemed disorganized, with no clear sections assigned. Near the end of dinner, before the main course had even been served, people who had come just to hear the special guest were allowed into the room. Meanwhile the waiters struggled to keep serving the meal, even after we’d paid the €60 entrance fee. Scandalous. At the end, they blocked the only exit for photos with the well-known Calabrian singer. Management gave no further directions. Only after customers who managed to get out complained did they move the photo queue somewhere else.
