Marco and Cristiana each brought their own skills and professionalism to a day full of sensory stimulation. The surroundings were cared for and welcoming, and I enjoyed a simple, delicious vegetarian lunch on site. We also walked with some furry friends from the Camerino kennel and had a horse experience based on body language and animal-human communication, without the traditional tools. It was a beautiful day immersed in nature.

Kindness is part of the place, where they teach communication with horses. Cristiana and Marco are attentive hosts, and the property has dogs, cats, horses, and donkeys. We found total relaxation in the quiet green setting, with a lovely pool and spa.

The pool and sun terrace are lovely, close to the rooms yet tucked away. With a professional horse trainer on site, you can take quality lessons or book outings with these beautiful animals. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and the whole place feels peaceful and welcoming. A good place to slow down and find your rhythm without stress.

The setting was beautiful, surrounded by nature, and there was a pool. But our eight-day stay with my partner and our two children, aged three and nine, was one of our worst travel experiences. We paid €1,100 and were put in a 34-square-meter apartment. The children slept on a very uncomfortable sofa bed in the kitchen. There was no TV, dishwasher, or washing machine for our own use, and nothing we needed on arrival, not even shower supplies or a simple coffee after hours on the road. Breakfast was very meager. If you want savory food, get there early, especially since the photo shows breakfast for about 20 people. My partner wanted to mop the floor but couldn't find cleaning supplies, so bring floor cleaner, dish soap for washing by hand, and personal hygiene items. At checkout, they tried to charge us €50 for cleaning the kitchen. We had cleaned it as best we could with dish soap, and it was still decently clean. They also asked for €20 to clean the carpet, which was oddly placed under the table, after the children dropped a piece of chocolate and made a mess. I refused the €50 and offered to wire the €20 for the carpet. The owner angrily refused to take that amount and ordered us to leave the pool right away, even though we were entitled to use it on our last day. We were basically kicked out over a dirty carpet and €20. The owner said the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly, but cleaning should have been covered by the €1,100 for eight nights. From what we saw, they pass the final cleaning fee on to guests and ask for more if they aren't satisfied with the cleaning. Never again.
