Ai Lecci in Centro

We've stayed at Ai Lecci in Centro B&B twice now, and I can't picture choosing anywhere else in Sarteano. It's clean and comfortable, in a great spot within walking distance of the best places to eat and visit, yet the grounds still feel peaceful and private. We enjoyed the pool, the complimentary breakfast, and the adorable cats wandering outside. Bruno is generous and knows the surrounding area inside out. It feels like a home away from home, and we hope to return for a third visit.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. Bruno was courteous, spoke English well, and helped us with restaurant ideas and excursions. When we realized we'd forgotten toothpaste, he kindly supplied some. The location is convenient, just a few minutes on foot from central Sarteano and a 25-30 minute drive from some of the area's best destinations. The modern, spotless rooms were thoughtfully designed and practical. Spacious grounds and the pool made for a relaxing atmosphere, and breakfast had a good range of foods, beyond the sweets you usually get in Italy. We'd gladly recommend it and plan to return. Thanks again, Bruno, for making our stay so enjoyable. Tony and Lina from Toronto

My partner had stayed at Ai Lecci before and was so enthusiastic about Bruno's place that he wanted to bring me along. We visited in August 2020, and I see why he liked it so much. The garden and pool are beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable, attractive, and very clean. There aren't many rooms, which makes the place feel special. Bruno took all the Covid- measures very seriously. He's also wonderful and had great suggestions for things to do nearby. And Mocha the cat deserves a mention too, such a sweet and lovely cat. 😻 I'd love to visit again soon.

Right in the heart of Sarteano, this lovely B&B has spotless, comfortable rooms and a fantastic homemade breakfast, with cakes, bread, pastries, and jams that were all delicious. Bruno is especially helpful and makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.
