We booked this for 10 adults and 4 children, and on July 21 the restaurant was ours alone. It felt like a genuinely special evening, with attentive, courteous service and a comfortable dining room with air conditioning and fans. The food was excellent: tagliatelle in bianco with zucchini, great suckling pig, fried gnocco, cured meats (especially the sausage), battered fried vegetables, aged cheese, candied olives, and seadas (typical Sicilian pasta). Good red and white wine, water, then myrtle and filu e ferru, a local liqueur, to finish. They can prepare a vegetarian menu if you ask. It costs €40 per adult and €25 per child. You need to book 3-4 days ahead, and the group has to have at least 8 people. It’s an intimate place, not a restaurant or agriturismo that gets busloads of tourists. Highly recommend it.
