Ronny was easy to reach, replied quickly, and went out of his way when I needed something. Thanks, Ronny! The apartment itself feels just right, homey without being cluttered or impersonal like a hotel room. I had a roomy bedroom with high ceilings, a sunny balcony, and a spotless, shiny bathroom. There’s a fully equipped shared kitchen, a living room, washing machine, coffee maker, and pretty much everything you could need. It’s a lovely three-bedroom apartment, and the price had me wondering if there might be a catch. There wasn’t. I came to Sassari planning to stay for two nights, and now I’m tempted to move here for good. The town feels like a raw jewel, and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it is and how well placed it is for day trips to Alghero, Castelsardo, and parco nazionale dell'asinara.

Ronny greeted us with a smile and was really friendly and easy to talk to. We were bikepacking with two friends, and the room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. There’s a nice shared space for cooking, and the location is ideal for walking around town. We had a great stay.

I’ve been coming back for work stays for more than two years, and it really feels like home. Ronny is so kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and convenient. Breakfast is included, and there’s also a big, bright kitchen and dining area where you can make your own meals. I highly recommend the place.

I’ve been here for several days at a time for the third year now. The rooms are very comfortable, with their own bathrooms and air conditioning, and the host is genuinely kind and flexible with my requests. When something unexpected meant I had to sleep elsewhere, he even let me off the charge for one night. You’re right in the city center, which is fantastic. I’d recommend it, especially if you’re okay with the stairs up to the third floor.
