Breakfast at the partner café 86 Ottanta Sei Forno e Caffè was excellent and really delicious. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. We stayed at B&B Le Tre Civette and had a wonderful time: the owner was incredibly kind, always available, and made us feel at ease straight away. Recommended!

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the building quiet, but the bathroom was dated and had a rather makeshift bathtub and shower. We booked for a weekend cycling race in Sassari because of the convenient location. The website said private parking and an excellent breakfast were included, but we found out on arrival that parking needed to be reserved and cost an extra €5. Breakfast meant a voucher for the café 50 meters away. Since we were racing the next day, we skipped the café's croissant and coffee. We had to buy everything else at the nearby Conad supermarket, even going out in a downpour. In short, a flop.

The included breakfast was less impressive, just a small coffee and croissant from a nearby bakery, with anything more costing extra. The landlady was friendly and helpful, and the price was good for what you get. The apartment complex itself was luxurious, with a gated entrance, elevator, elegant interior, and balcony.

The owner was very helpful. This beautiful B&B was spotlessly clean and smelled lovely, with a little balcony. It had a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, and plenty of tea, herbal tea, cappuccino, and instant coffee.
