Hotel Delfino

Dinner turned into a lovely late-night chat. We met a nice couple and talked with them and Olga until 2 a.m. The owners were helpful, and Olga gave us such a special welcome. We stayed one night and felt comfortable and at home. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. SEEING IS BELIEVING.

Olga made us feel right at home, almost like being at grandma’s house. The hotel was very clean and well cared for, and my room and bed were both comfortable. There are three shared bathrooms outside the rooms for all the guests, and they were clean too. Thank you, Olga.

The owner was a bit eccentric but incredibly helpful. Breakfast was free, with fresh croissants and good moka coffee, and the shared bathroom was clearly noted. It’s a nice little village with welcoming people, though far from the sea. For a one-star guesthouse, especially up in the mountains, it was fine. I did find €185 for four people a bit much given the location and facilities, since I’d seen cheaper places by the sea, but I’d booked earlier that day, so it was fine.

There wasn’t a bathroom in our room. Everyone staying on the same floor used a shared one. Also, breakfast was supposed to be included in the price, but the owner refused to serve it.
