They were so kind about my early walk and packed a breakfast for me to take along. It tasted delicious. Everyone was helpful and flexible.

Our room was spacious, with decent Wi-Fi, strong air conditioning and a fridge, which suited the summer heat. Breakfast was included and very good. The place is quiet and only a short drive from Bolonia, with more than fair prices. Staff kept in touch wonderfully and helped us when we arrived by car late at night. They made us feel at home. We only stayed one night, so missed the restaurant, but we'll try it next time. Grazie!

We paid €40 for two, while similar food and drinks would have cost us £80 in the UK. The prices were hard to believe. The meal itself was delicious and made from fresh ingredients, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. We're English and our Italian is very limited, but they spoke English really well.

The terrace is large and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The menu seemed a little limited at first, though it worked for us, and the pizzas were great. The hotel itself is basic and a bit dated, but good value. I'd recommend it.

We happened upon La Bettola while stopping for lunch in Sasso Marconi on our way south, and were very glad we did. The food was excellent, and our waiter was warm and engaging, which made the meal a delight. He also sold us a few bottles of wine and gave us great directions to the grocery store. Highly recommended!
