You wake up to a stunning hilltop view, with what may be the best wide-open panorama of the Sassofrato countryside. The apartments are spacious and let you feel comfortable and independent. There are also plenty of features and services that make a stay easier and more enjoyable, even if they're extras rather than necessities. The atmosphere is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The quiet rural setting is lovely, with fireflies at night and nightingales singing. The outdoor areas and pool are really well done, and the apartments are comfortable and well equipped. The track up might look intimidating, but take it slowly and it's fine. Stefano is a genuine, helpful host. We've stayed at Podere Coldifico before and will come back next time we're in the Marché countryside.

We spent two weeks at "Coldifico" and had a blast. There are seven renovated apartments, all spacious and nicely furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay: fresh linens changed weekly, plenty of towels for the family, soaps and shower gels, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge, WiFi throughout, and air conditioning in every room. Stefano welcomed us with a bottle of water and white wine. You can also do laundry on site at no extra cost. The outdoor area is clean, lovely, and kid friendly. The large pool is cleaned every morning, and there are new loungers, an umbrella, and a BBQ area. Four very friendly cats wander around hoping for cuddles. Sassoferrato is about 1 km away for groceries, restaurants, and more. The location makes it easy to reach places like Perugia, Gubbio, and the Adriatic Sea within 30-45 minutes. It's good for a quiet getaway or a family trip around Italy, and the pool is a nice bonus on a lazy day. Stefano was always available on site and via WhatsApp, and went above and beyond with our requests. His mother and father were very friendly too, and gave us good advice on places to visit and eat. A real gem for families.

We had a great time relaxing by the pool at Podere Coldifico and looking out at the beautiful hills. The apartments were clean and well equipped, with every little detail taken care of. Stefano was a very kind, hospitable host and clearly proud of his new agriturismo in Sassoferrato. It had just opened to the public, and we were its first foreign guests. Thanks again for the delicious 'goodbye pie' from 'la mamma'! Until next time.
