From our room on the sixth floor, I could see the port, and the view was lovely. I can't speak for the other rooms, but ours were beautiful. I was there for a business trip, and my two bosses and I were all happy with the choice. The rooms were cleaned each time, and the people doing the cleaning were friendly and well presented. On our first day, the receptionist was wonderful, very polite, and spoke English well. Thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel view is amazing, with the sea, a shopping mall, lots of restaurants, and the nearby beach all in sight. Breakfast was on the small side, but tasty. The reception gentleman explained how to get into the city without hesitation, and everyone was so kind and friendly. I'm not sure why the rating is so low. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast and service were good, and the hotel itself was great. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away.

Our stay at Idea Hotel Savona in June 2025 was a real letdown. At 33°C, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. I raised it with the front desk several times, but staff kept asking us to wait; nobody fixed it or offered us another room. We had a miserable night in the heat, and it spoiled the stay. I later sent the hotel a formal complaint and never got a reply. The customer service was unacceptable.

The breakfast buffet was large, and the coffee was great. Staff were very friendly. It's a nice, clean hotel close to shops and restaurants.
