Zi'Ntonio

The service was the best we have ever experienced. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and went out of their way for us and our guests. They arranged airport transport for everyone, organized a boat trip, then helped find a replacement when the boat company cancelled at the last minute. They even met our friends in amalif to look after their luggage, although those friends weren't staying at the hotel. They also set up a transfer for our grandparents when walking became difficult, and helped arrange taxis to and from restaurants. We spent 9 nights at Zi’ntonio before, during and after our wedding in Scala, and the stay was perfect. The rooms were great, with stunning views of Ravello, the mountains, and the sea. Opening the curtains each morning felt like seeing a postcard. Breakfast was included, excellent, and we got to try everything during our long stay. We could enjoy it on the beautiful terrace at no extra charge. We also really liked the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi.

Zi’Ntonio is a special place, and I’d definitely stay again. The people are amazing, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I've traveled widely and stayed in beautiful places around the world, but the hospitality here is on another level. It's family-run, and you can feel the care, warmth, and passion in every detail. The 360° views are spectacular from every angle, and waking up to that scenery each day felt like magic. It's something I won't forget.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from, including home-made pastries, omelettes, pancakes, and your choice of drink. Having it on our private balcony was the best part, a core memory for me and my boyfriend. Our Deluxe room was spacious and beautiful, with a thoughtfully designed bathroom and shower and a stunning balcony. The staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Their attention to detail impressed me. An outstanding hotel, with comfortable rooms, excellent service, and the best view ever.

Breakfast was first class, and the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and immaculate. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and we had an incredible view of Ravello from our room. Fantastic hotel, highly recommend staying here.
