The apartment was really nice, but there was no internet.

The main drawback for us was seating: there was a sofa, but it only fit two, so the four of us couldn't sit together. We had to use the table or go to our rooms and lie on the beds. That's the reason for the one-point deduction. We stayed in a separate two-bedroom house with a lovely view and a clean, cozy interior. It's a good base for exploring the region. The apartment has the basics, including a microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, and refrigerator, but there isn't much to cook with for a family of four. For two people, it would be more than enough. By car, Villa Costanza's large parking lot is 15-20 minutes away. Parking there costs 5 euros for 10 hours, and the tram to central Florence takes 25 minutes and costs 1.5 euros per person.

The garden outside was lovely and well kept, and the property itself felt spacious, welcoming, and surrounded by greenery and olive trees. We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed it. The only downside was the access road, which was a bit neglected and uneven. Recommended.

There's a lovely garden set up for relaxing, with loungers, an umbrella, tables, and chairs. The place itself is beautiful and welcoming, tucked into the stunning Tuscan hills. It's also near the Florence-Pisa-Livorno motorway entrance, which makes it handy for getting to the Tuscan capital and the villages in these beautiful locations.
