Dario was a wonderful host, always there when I needed him. He even helped my boyfriend and me through an emergency. I stayed at his house from the 5th to the 9th of April 2025. It was very clean and had a coffee machine too. Thanks for everything, Dario!!

We found the apartment comfortable and the host very friendly. The tram makes downtown easy to reach, and the air conditioning made a big difference in the summer heat.

Dario was so kind and helpful, and even gave us a list of restaurants nearby. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location worked really well, with the tram and supermarket both just a few minutes’ walk away. Everything was excellent, and I’d choose it again if I return to Florence.

Dario was incredibly kind and helpful, and the restaurants he suggested were excellent. We were grateful to him and would love to come back. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and extremely well equipped, with everything top quality. The private parking space was easy to get into. A tram stop is just a few minutes from the building, and Florence is a 20-minute tram ride away.

The only little drawback was having one bathroom, which might be tricky for two women who like to do perfect makeup. 😂 I stayed two nights in November 2022 at Dario's House 2, and the accommodation was superb. Everything was there, the furnishings were modern, and the house was exceptionally clean. Dario had turned on the radiators so it was warm, with independent heating.
