A great stay at this hostel, especially because of the cleanliness and the helpful, friendly staff. If you're relying on trains, trams and buses without a car, it's still about a 15-minute walk to the trams. But a bit of walking every day is fine! Highly recommended.

We had a great base for visiting Florence, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. Rumen deserves a special mention. Our room was clean and had a modern feel. I’d happily recommend Hotel Perlage Florence.

I wouldn’t stay here again. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, despite it being advertised, and ours had bad odors that might have been toxic. It was impossible to stay comfortably, and the staff offered no solution. The rooms are tiny, the location is poor, and the fees felt unfair. A terrible experience.

The room was lovely and clean, with attractive interiors that gave it an elegant feel. The tram stop is only about 500 m away.

We slept really well: the hotel was quiet and the mattresses were excellent. Breakfast wasn’t especially exciting, but there was enough to eat and the coffee was good. Our room was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff were kind and helpful. There’s free parking behind the hotel, and we could see our car from the balcony. It took us under 45 minutes to reach the city centre by public transport. The mosquito repellent plug-in in the room was a welcome touch.
