The room was tidy, and the outdoor pool was lovely and clean. Breakfast was nicely served, with homemade cakes and quinces freshly picked from the garden, though there wasn’t a huge selection. The people here were discreet, friendly, and very professional. It’s outside the city, up on a hill, but the location still works well and the view over Firenze is gorgeous. Best of all, there are two adorable, well-behaved dogs. My family and I made unforgettable memories here. Highly recommend.

The short drive to the tram station made Florence easy to visit, and having a car was useful for seeing nearby towns and villages. The Coop supermarket is about 10 minutes away. We drove to Siena, around 1 hour away, and to San Gimignano and Greve in Chianti, about 45 minutes away. Each had its own charm, history, and memorable scenery. We stayed at Tenuta Le Viste from May 27 - June 6, 2025, and it was the highlight of our Tuscany trip. Alexandra made us feel cared for throughout our two-week stay. Her thoughtful touches, local suggestions, and conversations made it feel like coming home to family. The villa and grounds are even more beautiful than the online photos suggest. Set in the hills outside Florence, they have peaceful countryside views in every direction. The villa is well kept, with rustic character and modern comforts. Our clean, nicely decorated rooms looked out over vineyards and olive groves, and the quiet pool area was a great place to unwind after visiting Florence and Fiesole. We were welcomed warmly from the start. If you want a peaceful, authentic, luxurious place to stay in Tuscany, this one is hard to beat. We hope to return.

Florence is easy to reach from the estate, even though it’s out in the countryside. The tram takes about 20 minutes to Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The owners are really kind and helpful. They serve breakfast beneath a pergola covered in strawberry grapes, and dinner on the terrace comes with a wonderful view of Florence. The rooms are quiet and have every comfort. There’s a big garden, a spacious pool with a solarium, and lovely views over Florence from the Scandicci hills. Turbo and Diesel, the two dogs, are incredibly sweet too! 🔝

The pool is beautiful, and it’s very quiet around here, so it’s easy to relax. You’re welcomed warmly, and the owner and staff are helpful and speak several languages. The accommodation is spotless and luxuriously furnished, with a superb view of Florence from the hilltop. Breakfast is generous, and dinner is available too. We found it really tasty.
