Bed & Breakfast Al Ponte

The bathroom, set into the mountainside, has a lot of charm, and the room itself is lovely and very clean. The owner was extremely kind and gave us excellent ideas for dinner and outings. Wi-Fi is included, though ours didn’t work very well. Breakfast is available at the excellent pastry shop next door. You’re only a minute on foot from the center of beautiful Scanno. There’s no private parking, but parking lots are easy to find, and walking a little in this area is pleasant.

We stayed in October, and snow started falling that night, so the heating worked perfectly. The room was clean and practical, and we made meals in the lovely, modern shared kitchen. It’s just a few steps from Scanno’s historic center, with a privileged view over the town and mountains. A great place to stay while exploring this beautiful town. Thanks so much, we highly recommend it!

Scanno is a gem, and this place puts you right in the middle of it. The furnishings are modern and clean, and the kitchenette is handy, especially with small children. Vittorio was kind and helpful.

We liked the central spot, the clean room, and the kind owner. A few things fell short for us: with the windows open, the rooms next door didn’t feel very private, and the single beds pushed together left a gap in the middle. There also wasn’t a kettle or a kitchen for guests to share. Those three small drawbacks were outweighed by the good points, though. It’s a shame, since a little more would make it perfect.
