The early 9:30 a.m. checkout was the earliest I've ever had at a place. We stayed two nights in the beautiful, rustic ground-floor apartment Margherita, but the heat in early July was unbearable. There was no air conditioning or even a fan, and although we followed the hostess's advice to keep everything closed during the day, it stayed extremely hot and was hard to sleep. Sitting indoors wasn't comfortable either: the main room had four wooden chairs around the table and a wooden bench, all without padding. There was no Wi-Fi.

The sea here is beautiful, and Norma and her mother made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The farm sits on a hill, surrounded by nature. We watched swallows and other birds crossing the sky, and at night the stars seemed to go on forever. Highly recommended.

Norma, the very friendly owner, welcomed us to the Margherita apartment. It has a grand old fireplace and a lovely outdoor view, with the sea in the distance. The setting is surrounded by nature and works well for exploring nearby beaches: Cala Violina and Cala Civetta are just around the corner, while Punta Ala and Rocchette are only a few minutes away by car.

Norma took time to explain everything and shared useful tips about nearby activities and where to buy local produce. We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Agriturismo Podere Binacco in Tuscany, and we’ll definitely return. Our Papavero apartment was thoughtfully furnished, with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two floors, plus extra sleeping space if needed. There’s plenty to do nearby. Maremma beach was about a 10-minute drive away, had no seaweed while we were there, and its shallow water let us walk out a long way. Many thanks to Norma! 😌😍😊

I've stayed with the very kind Norma several times, and it feels like being at home in a lovely, typically Tuscan setting. The beaches are only minutes away. Back at the agriturismo, it’s peaceful to sit in the shade and look out at the sea and the surrounding scrub. A real oasis of calm.
