Giardino dei Sugheri

Breakfast in the garden, surrounded by nature, was a real highlight, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. Michele is delightful and always willing to help. The place sits in the Tuscan hills overlooking Scarlino Alta, and it’s well placed for trips to Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia. We’ll definitely come back.

A quiet, peaceful spot with a lovely breakfast served at tables in the garden, including some with a view of the pool. The rooms are nice and have air conditioning, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A great place to stay.

It’s a lovely, simple place to unwind, and it delivers what it promises. I’d only suggest doing a bit more to manage unauthorized parking.

Guests can use the shared kitchen and washing machine, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly, and the property is clean, tastefully furnished, and well maintained, with a fragrant garden and pool in a charming spot inside the Scarlino nature reserve. My one concern is the waste sorting. The municipality of Scarlino provides designated containers, but guests aren’t required to separate their rubbish, so it all ends up mixed together. I find that hard to understand.
