You can walk straight from the garden through a gate onto Puntone beach, without crossing a road, so the descriptions of direct beach access really fit. The apartment was roomy and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a bathroom window. The garden is beautiful and very well kept. Mr. Daniele welcomed us professionally and was helpful with what we needed. A great place to stay, even with children.

Daniele, the property manager, was always around, very friendly, and ready to help. When our car broke down, he came right away, which was invaluable. We had a wonderful stay in the well-equipped apartment. The nearest town is a five-minute drive, and there’s a private path to the beach just behind the house, plus handy outdoor showers. Luca, the owner, was unfortunately hard to reach, but Daniele made sure we felt well looked after. Highly recommend it.

Especially good for families, this well-kept, clean apartment has all the comforts you need. There’s indoor parking and private direct beach access, just 50 meters away. Highly recommended.

We had a very clean apartment in a lovely spot that was convenient for the beach. Daniele was welcoming, kind, and professional, and made sure our needs were met. We’ll try to come back soon.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are convenient shared areas, barbecues, outdoor showers, and free bike rental. The apartments are large, very clean, and have everything you need, even a dishwasher. The beach is close by. One caveat: I wouldn’t choose a split-level apartment with small children, since the spiral staircase is really difficult to manage.
