We left with such a lovely impression and will come back in summer. The place is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and so quiet that we didn’t feel like leaving. Even though it rained quite a bit, we drove out to see a few places, and you can get anywhere by car. The owners are incredibly kind. I’d gone away for two days to visit my partner’s mother and told them we’d be gone. They kindly checked on my cats, fed them, and made sure they were okay. You don’t always find that sort of care even in five-star hotels, no matter how much you pay. I recommend it with all my heart. In summer, I imagine it must be a delight in every way.

The studio was a great base, with all the comforts we needed and a small but practical kitchen. Its bathroom skylight even gave the toilet a romantic feel! The farmhouse has been renovated with real taste, and there are lots of terraces for sitting quietly, sunbathing, or taking in the postcard-worthy scenery. Massimiliano and his family were friendly, attentive, and discreet, and gave us useful tips for a safe trip, from beaches to restaurants. The location is handy too, with beaches from Cala Violina to Torre Mozza about 15 minutes away.

This was our second visit, and we’d happily return again. The mini-apartments are spotless and well equipped, set among olive trees and maritime pines, making it easy to relax in peace. The sea is a 15-minute drive, with places like Follonica, Punta Ala, and Castiglione della Pescaia just minutes away. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and their suggestions for outings and places to visit were useful. Pets are welcome too.

We planned to eat out every night during our week here, but the place had such a pull that we stayed in for dinners and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. The accommodation, hospitality, and location were all top-notch. There are also villages and beaches worth seeing within 20-25 minutes at most. Thanks, Lucia and Massimiliano.

Surrounded by nature, the property is wonderfully quiet, with only the sounds of the outdoors. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed, and the whole place was very clean. The hosts were kind, friendly, and helpful. The beautiful beaches are about a 20-minute drive away. I also recommend visiting the village of Scarlino and its castle ruins.
