The balcony view was a real highlight, and the peaceful setting in Schenna made it easy to unwind. Inside, the Karnutsch Apartment is bright, modern, tastefully furnished and spotless. You can tell a lot of care went into the details, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The drinks and bread roll delivery service was especially nice for starting the day. Elisabeth and Andreas Karnutsch were warm, kind and helpful hosts who made us feel looked after. We were comfortable from the moment we arrived, almost as if we were at home. We’d gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend the apartment.

We had everything we needed in this year’s apartment, and there were four of us. The owners were incredibly kind and happy to answer our questions. We’ve been spending Christmas in the Merano area for a few years, and this place was completely satisfying. It’s a 15-minute walk from Scena.

Scena made a beautiful setting for Christmas, tucked among lovely mountains and well placed for both the city and the ski lifts. To me, it’s one of the prettiest towns in the Merano area. We couldn’t have chosen better. The apartment was warm and welcoming, with a lovely view of the surrounding peaks. It was new, spotlessly clean, carefully designed, tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. On Christmas Eve, musicians played Christmas music right below our balcony, and we went to mass in the charming village church. The owners were friendly and discreet, and excellent hosts. We hope to return, perhaps in summer.

The location made it easy to explore the area, and we had an unforgettable weekend at Appartament Karnutsch over the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well cared for and in great condition. Ms. Elisabeth welcomed us warmly and shared plenty of useful tips about local events and typical restaurants. We also appreciated being able to get fresh bread delivered at 6:30 a.m., which made breakfast extra special. The place is completely plastic-free, a thoughtful environmental touch that made the stay feel more authentic. I’d definitely recommend Appartament Karnutsch for a pleasant, authentic visit.

The garden and mountain-facing balcony are lovely bonuses. The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, clean, well equipped and very well kept, with every comfort. Elisabeth and Andreas are kind and helpful, always ready to meet any need. We’d be happy to return.
