This is about the restaurant. The Aperol spritz was good and fairly priced, but the service was quite slow and not especially pleasant. Smoking is allowed, so nearby diners may bother you with it if you don't smoke.

The spa was the best part of our stay, and the room was spacious, warm, comfortable, and done in a typical South Tyrol style. We were here for just one night. The restaurant was mediocre, and the service inattentive. If you ski, the location is fantastic. The price is really exorbitant, though it fits Val Gardena pricing. At the same price elsewhere, I think you would get much better service and facilities.

After skiing the Sella Ronda, I had a Bresaola Chic pizza at the cafe. It was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun. The chef was amazingly passionate about making the perfect pizza.

We got snacks at the restaurant, and they were awful. Who would think fries (patatine) could be so hard for them to make? The sausages were even worse. The entire restaurant staff provided mediocre, rude service, especially our server, the bald guy. He acted like he was being forced to work. Maybe someone should teach him some manners and basic friendliness.

The food wasn’t good, and the service in the restaurant was awful. Our waiter seemed to have trouble being friendly or attentive. In my opinion, it was a very poor experience, and I won’t be coming back. I hope things improve in the future.
