Valentina made us feel like friends and was so warm and helpful with planning our visit. We enjoyed ourselves enough to add two more days. Breakfast was hearty, with fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and pastries, yogurt, juice, hot milk drinks, and delicious ham. The place was very clean, and everyone was friendly and especially helpful to us as first-time visitors to the Dolomites.

Valentina made the stay feel like home. Her dinner suggestions, hiking tips, and ideas for things to do around the area really improved our trip. The room was quiet and comfortable, so we could properly relax. The location worked very well for us, with the main attractions nearby.

The standout for us was the service. It felt like having a five-star hotel concierge, with excellent local tips that added a lot to our trip. The rooms were excellent, the hotel itself is gorgeous and even better than its photos, and breakfast was very good. We found a real gem here.

We had a suite for four, with a connecting bed and two twin beds. Breakfast was decent, and that Nutella dispenser was my favorite, hehe. The resort is quaint, with cute soft toys in the lobby and a resident dog called Baileys and a cat called Blackie. It wasn’t the ski-in, ski-out place I expected. The slopes suit more advanced skiers, and the hotel is about a 200m walk from the main road, which felt like quite a trek in heavy ski boots. Still, it’s worth it if you don’t mind a post-ski workout.

The room was modern and comfortable, and breakfast was nice. Restaurants and other facilities in Selva village are about a 15-minute walk away.
