A cigar lounge is a nice extra, though they don't sell cigars, unfortunately. The reception area also has live music, with a bar right beside it, so it's a great spot to end the night. The hotel and location are great, and the staff are super friendly.

I've stayed here twice now, and I'm impressed each time. The hotel has a wonderful view right out front and is in an excellent location. Everyone on staff gave outstanding service, and both breakfast and dinner were very good.

The skiing conditions were great, right on the SELLARONDA GREEN & ORANGE slopes, with 3 lifts in front for Plan de Gralba, Piz Sella, Sassolungo, and Passo Sella. The management and service were top-notch. It's a brand new hotel in a great location, and I highly recommend 'Das Berghotel Plan de Gralba' as the best place to stay in Val Gardena.

The food was very good and tasty at both breakfast and dinner. There was fresh fruit, several kinds of dairy and bread, and a different good dinner each day. The bar is nice, the bartender knows their stuff, and the wine selection is impressive. The staff are professional and kind, and they go the extra mile to make you comfortable. With a stunning location about 20 metres from the ski piste, this is a fantastic hotel. I'd come again. Highly recommended.

So much to say about this perfect hotel. The pictures speak for themselves, but you can go without looking at them and just discover the place! The staff are so, so lovely, and the food too!!!
