We loved the top-floor apartment, even though the furniture wasn’t very modern. It was perfect in every way, with plenty of space, comfortable rooms, and good bathrooms and kitchen. The location is hard to beat anywhere in the Dolomites. Thanks for a great week!

The owner is kind and thoughtful, always sharing useful suggestions without being intrusive. I stayed almost two weeks and could happily have stayed another 7-8 months 🙂 The location in Selva is wonderful, the rooms have amazing views, and everything was comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was very good too.

For a good price, I’d fully recommend this nice garni Hotel. There was a big room with a balcony and a fantastic view straight out to the Sella mountain. Breakfast was a little below the standard.

My daughter and I were both very happy and comfortable during our week here over New Year's Eve. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the size was just right for the two of us. Breakfast had everything we could need. You can ski almost to the door, and the location is unbeatable. Mrs. Obletter was a welcoming, friendly landlady and gave us helpful tips. From Selva di Val Gardena, skiers can easily reach slopes in every direction. We had a truly wonderful week, and Villa Evelin will be our first choice if we return to the Dolomites.

Thanks to its very central location, I’d recommend this guesthouse in summer or winter. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, and the owner is friendly and always has useful tips.
