The apartment's central location was convenient, but the place itself left a lot to be desired. It was cold when I arrived, just 14°C, and the floors hadn't been cleaned. I found crumbs on the benches and chairs, a stained kitchen rug, and dust all over the sofa and armchair. The dishes were old and scratched too. Some of the furnishings had been renovated, but the bathroom hadn't. It was old, worn, and damaged.
The apartment was freezing when we arrived at 14 degrees Celsius, and it took hours to get warm enough. It wasn't very clean, either. The curtains and the kitchen and living room carpets were dirty, and there was even a cleaning bucket left by the door. There were no towels, and the bathroom was old, with 1970s fixtures and only a bathtub, no shower. Storage and coat hangers were scarce, which is a problem for ski gear. The location is very central, at least.
The management was completely dishonest and unprofessional. They don't even honor the booking confirmations they send by email.
It's in a good location, and the place was clean. There's also a spa at the Alaska Hotel.
