The young couple who run this place are lovely and happy to help with any questions. Breakfast is all you can eat, with homemade cakes and biscuits as well as local cured meats, and the price is very reasonable. The farmhouse has been beautifully renovated, and the rustic rooms feel welcoming, with wood and brick ceilings that bring to mind an older time. They’re quiet and warm, with thermostats in the rooms to adjust the heating. Each room has a private entrance, a spacious spotless bathroom, and a comfortable bed. It’s a relaxing place to leave city stress behind, about a 15-minute drive from the Saturnia thermal baths and other free spas. There’s also a nearby village about a 10-minute walk away for lunch or dinner.

We had a great stay, and Ettore, his father, and his girlfriend were incredibly kind and always available. It’s one of the best agriturismos I’ve stayed at, and I’d give it more than five stars if I could. The farmhouse is completely renovated and surrounded by greenery, with lots of flowers, plants, and kittens. It’s quiet and relaxing, with lovely details and well-kept rooms. Semproniano is two minutes away, the small town of Saturnia is 20 minutes away, and the spa is 15 minutes away. Our room was all new, with a beautiful wooden ceiling and a new bathroom that had a hairdryer and makeup mirror, a real treat for us women. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 and is a proper buffet: freshly baked chocolate, apple, yogurt, and strawberry cakes, rusks with jams and chocolate, cold cuts, fruit, and juices. You can have coffee and cappuccino whenever you like. There’s a barbecue outside the rooms that guests can use freely. Wi-Fi is free, the radiators can be turned on, and clean sheets and towels are available. The gate is always open, and you keep your room keys for the whole stay. We’ll definitely be back.

In the morning, the air fills with the smell of soft, freshly baked pastries with that refined, old-fashioned flavor. Birdsong and silence set the scene at this enchanting place near one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the staff were kind, punctual, and discreet, ready to help with whatever we needed. Highly recommended for a bit of peace of mind!
