We only managed two nights here, unfortunately, and already wished we could stay longer. Elvira was attentive and made us feel at home without hovering. The rooms and property are stylish, spotless, and carefully maintained. We loved the breakfast and spent time relaxing by the wonderful pool. The staff were great, and the two dogs kept us company too :-) We'd absolutely return.

The pool was lovely, though a little too cold for swimming, and we also enjoyed the spa. We stayed for three days and two nights, and the whole visit was a great experience. The staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly; the two dogs were affectionate and a pleasure to have around. Our room was always tidy and clean, and the little treats the staff left helped us feel well looked after.

The room was underheated, some mosaic pieces had fallen off, the hot tub controls were hard to reach, and several buttons didn't work. During our two-hour spa booking, the hot tub was cold and only two of its five stations worked. The Turkish bath was cold too, and when we reported it, they said they couldn't check it. The Kneipp therapy wasn't working either. It took us a while to find the staff member who was meant to be available throughout the session. When we explained the problems, she said we should press the buttons more carefully, or get the guy with us, who had more strength, to press them. If the buttons don't work, they need replacing. The herbal tea break was standing at a small table by an open window, which felt cold while we were wet. We got two herbal teas and two peanuts, not even a glass of water. After an hour and a half of things going wrong, the staff member came to tell us it was time for the salt room. We weren't given the choice to stay longer in the tub area. She said she'd wait outside the room to explain it, but after we waited ten minutes, nobody came. At the end, we reported everything and were brushed off with, “The owner isn't home, try calling her.” We called, but she didn't answer. She sent us a WhatsApp message saying not to bother her because she's a businesswoman and had already wasted too much time with us. Someone who won't answer the phone or speak to clients is a scammer, not a businesswoman!
