Residence Cristallo Senigallia

The location is hard to beat, with the beach across the street and downtown about a 10 to 15-minute walk away. Our sea view was exactly as promised, and the suite was spotless and quite nice. A “suite” here isn’t quite what we’d expect in the United States, but expectations for that word seem different at this price point in Italy, and I can’t fault them for it. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were helpful and responsive, and always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was decent, continental style. For this price range in Italy, it’s about as good as it gets. We’d stay again without hesitation.

The service was the best part for me. The reception staff were lovely, always smiling, and tried to give detailed help and advice despite the language barrier. The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and held to a high standard. It’s about five minutes from the beach and great restaurants. I hope to visit Hotel Cristallo again, and recommend it to everyone.

A great place for couples or families. The rooms were super clean, the service was good, and there’s a lovely swimming pool with a relaxing area. The staff were kind and helped with all my requests. Highly recommend.

We had a great four-night stay. The room was modern and efficient, and the location worked really well, close to both the beach and the city center. The staff were warm and friendly, especially Chiara and Matteo. Highly recommended, and we’ll return when we’re in Senigallia again.
