Senigallia was a lovely part of the trip, with clean sea water and a beautiful town center. At Residence Regni, our apartment was comfortable and everything worked, though the bathroom felt a little dated. We did miss having a safe in the apartment. We had worried about being near the railway, but the insulation meant the trains never became a problem. The location worked really well: a quiet neighborhood, LIDL just across the road, the sea nearby, and an easy walk into the center. The owners were kind and helpful throughout our 10 days there. We came home feeling we'd had a great stay, and we'll return. Thanks from Elisa and family.

We found it easy to get around thanks to the property's bike rental, and the beach was only a couple of minutes away on foot. The supermarket is just across the street, too. We stayed as a couple from August 3rd to 10th. Our apartment was clean and had air conditioning, and the owners were friendly and helpful. Very good value, and we'd recommend it.

We were a couple staying here from June 20 to 27, 2022. The beach is just 200 meters away, and there's indoor parking. We had been concerned about railway noise, since the tracks run beside many buildings along the Adriatic coast, but the double glazing kept things quiet enough for us to sleep and rest without trouble. The apartment was tidy and clean, with air conditioning. The owners were kind and helpful, and we left with a definitely positive impression. I'd recommend the place.

The owners were genuinely kind and helpful, and we had a great stay with our 9-month-old baby in July 2023. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. It's close to the sea, and you can walk into the city center easily. If I come back to Senigallia, I'd stay here again.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had all the comforts we needed during our 13 days at Regni Residence. The owners were very friendly, and both the sea and historic center are close by. There is one drawback: trains pass constantly. That's not specific to the residence, since the railway runs along the whole seafront.
