I stayed from August 15th to the 20th, five days in all, and Beatrice greeted me on arrival with her two wonderful cats. The welcome was so warm that it felt like staying with friends. My room had a terrace and was clean, comfortable, new, and well equipped. Breakfast was made to order, and in the morning I found what I wanted. It was a charming, welcoming B&B, and I had a wonderful stay. When I visit Forte dei Marmi, this will be my go-to place. Thank you, Beatrice. The hostess was kind and helpful from the moment she met us at the entrance. Although our flight was late and we arrived after the scheduled check-in time, she showed us the room and the keys, then suggested a nearby restaurant for dinner. Breakfast, prepared by her, was served from 8 to 10. We ate very well, and she made a really good cappuccino. My girlfriend and I stayed two nights and felt at ease right away. The room had air conditioning and a smart TV, and the bathroom had everything needed for a shower and plenty of towels. Everything was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Beatrice was lovely, kind, and professional, and made us feel at home. Even after we'd checked out, she let us leave our bikes there all day. The new rooms, shared spaces, and garden all feel welcoming. It's a short, flat bike ride to Forte dei Marmi, its shops, and beaches. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night, but had a wonderful experience and received a great welcome. The location is quiet and out of the way, yet just steps from Versilia. Highly recommended.
