Alessandra and Vito made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind and helpful, spoke English very well, and gave us great recommendations. I’m still learning Italian, so that made things much easier. We had wonderful conversations with them, and they were genuinely interested in getting to know us. There’s so much to do nearby. We saw the incredible Grotto di Frassasi, made our own paper at Fabriano, the first company where paper was made in Italy, and had an amazing dinner at Giacchetti restaurant right on the Adriatic beach. The food everywhere we went was incredible. We also visited the medieval Castello di Gradara and enjoyed the beautiful views of San Marino. The house was quiet, clean, warm, and cozy, with big rooms and lots of places to relax. The location was perfect, and the patio was lovely in the morning and at night. There’s a hot tub outside and one inside, too, if you want to use them. I can’t say enough about this lovely place. Highly recommend!!!

The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade tarts made with local ingredients. The place was so quiet, clean, and peaceful, with lovely views of the Marche hills. My husband and I stayed at Pozzo di Vivalpa from August 18th to 24th and had a wonderful time. Vito and Alessandra were warm, kind, and hospitable, always attentive to our comfort and peace. Their many cats deserve a special mention, especially Micky the cat! We’ll definitely come back. Thanks for everything! Valeria and Luigi.

The garden hot tub was a real treat. We could relax in it and take in the beautiful view. This farmhouse in the Marche hills is a perfect place to unwind and escape the city bustle. We picked it after reading great reviews about the place and its owners, and even after just a weekend we felt at home, welcomed like family. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the bathroom was huge and just as clean. Breakfast, made by the owners with local products, was delicious and plentiful. Vito and Alessandra quickly took care of every extra request, with the same care they showed in welcoming us. We’ll definitely visit again. The room is really big, and the external bathroom is spacious, warm, and clean. Breakfast was generous, with homemade food and goat’s milk, which I love. The place has a homey feel with a touch of luxury, tucked into the greenery of the Marche hills. The owners and their lovely, friendly cats made it feel even more special and magical. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
