The rooms are comfortable, welcoming, nicely equipped, and spotlessly clean, and the staff are both kind and helpful. Ten stars, at least! I’d recommend the Champagne tasting too. The owner really knows and loves the subject, and might even turn you into a bubbles fan, hahaha, even here in wine country. It’s a perfect spot for the Infernot bike tour, with Piedmontese wines to try along the way. 🥂🍷🍷

Gionata Venesio leads sessions that mix learning and fun, exploring the wonderful, almost mystical world of French sparkling wines in a way that’s both professional and easy to follow. The setting is wonderfully quiet, among the rolling Monferrato hills between Moncalvo and Casale Montepulciano. Go discover it.
