That garden and pool area beside the beach is so beautiful, and I loved the hotel's retro look. It isn't new or luxurious, but the vintage feel really works, and I think every room has a sea view. Our room also had a fridge, though I don't remember that being mentioned beforehand. We were welcomed warmly and could check in at 10:30 in the morning. Both pools, indoors and out, were about 35°C and salty, presumably because of the hot spring. There's also a steam sauna. In mid-May most guests seemed older, and we were the only family with kids. Children couldn't use the indoor pool, but there was ping pong and a playroom for little ones. Breakfast had enough variety to fill us up, even if it wasn't amazing. We didn't try the restaurant beyond breakfast or any of the spa treatments. I'd definitely come back.

The only real inconvenience for us was getting around by scooter. The hotel is in a no-traffic area, so we had to leave our rental before the taxi area and walk about ten minutes. That shouldn't matter much if you're staying around Sant Angelo, though supermarket choices are limited too; there is a small market in the town center. We've spent several summers in Ischia and tried hotels around the island. After our July 2025 stay, this one is easily in our top three. The location and views were fantastic, and our superior room was comfortable, with a large fridge that turned out to be a great bonus. We could swim in the sea, lounge by the pool, and relax without needing to go far. Breakfast had lots of options, and the place felt relaxed and authentic. The staff, from transport to the breakfast and lunch bar, were so welcoming and attentive. Enrique was especially memorable, and shared stories about the hotel's past and the area. Great people and a stay we'd happily repeat.

It's a family-run hideaway with lovely views, good food, and good service. The facilities are basic, but it's a great spot to switch off. Getting there was part of the entertainment, especially the last stretch in mini buggies.

The little details made Casa Rosa such a lovely find. There were sunbeds on several levels, not just around the pool, and the grounds felt peaceful and thoughtfully laid out. We enjoyed wandering around the gardens and Italian tiles to find quiet places to sit. Lunch by the loungers or bar came in generous portions, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and funny. I spent five nights here by Maronti Bay, and Casa Rosa has become one of my favorite places on Ischia. The view of boats, from yachts to little sailboats, drifting in the sunny bay was beautiful. The outdoor saltwater pool was a treat. The water is refreshed often, so it felt clean and gentle, without the strong chlorine that bothers my sensitive skin. We could choose between the sea and the pool when we didn't want sand. The room had a real, properly cold fridge, big enough for several liters of drinks, which was a huge help in the summer heat since we drink lots of water. Casa Rosa is a sweet pink gem by the sea. Grazie di tutto, Casa Rosa, ci hai rubato il cuore.

The setting and swim were unforgettable, with a breathtaking view and wonderfully refreshing water. It brought to mind what the Amalfi Coast might have been like decades ago. We also had a delicious lunch and the local house wine, a lovely way to finish the day. We didn't stay overnight at Casa Rosa Terme, but spent the day at the thermal baths and private beach. We were drawn to the family-run place, and meeting the owner made the visit even more special. She told us that the Chilean poet Pablo Neruda had once dined with her grandparents. That felt like a lovely connection, especially since we'd visited two of his homes earlier this year, La Chascona in Santiago and La Sebastiana in Valparaíso, Chile.
