The staff are energetic, friendly, and great with beginners. It’s a calm, pleasant place, though there’s still plenty that could be improved. Welcome kits in the rooms would be a nice addition.

Set among the trees, the hotel felt peaceful and was really clean. The staff were kind and professional too. I’d happily recommend it.

The whole property was spotless and clearly well cared for, which I didn’t expect. Check-in was quick and easy as well. A really great place.

The staff were really friendly, and it’s a lovely quiet spot for a few days while visiting Firenze. You’ll need a car to get around.
