A really quiet area, and the room was lovely with AC. 10 out of 10.

We'd already paid on Booking.com for the property we requested, but on the day of arrival the host advised us against staying there because the boiler problem might happen again. We were fine with switching to another property they owned. We picked up the keys on time, went out for dinner, and got back to the hotel around midnight. The bathroom had no hot water even after we let it run for a while, the toilet seat was dirty, and the radiator was cold. The room climate control wasn't good either. The only reason I'm giving a star is the king-size bed, and even that feels generous.

The rooms were spacious, with equally large private bathrooms, and there's parking on site. My only complaint is that there was just one set of towels. They should provide at least two bidet towels.

A very new hotel, with a clean room and bathroom. The staff at check-in were friendly.
