Roberto, the server, really made the place feel welcoming. He’s five-star when it comes to service and is helpful all around. The rooms are clean and basic, but the WiFi coverage is poor. It’s a short walk to the cable lift.

It’s an old period building. The room was decent, but the hotel isn’t accessible for guests with disabilities and there’s no elevator. The food was poor in both quantity and selection. Breakfast was poor too, and arriving late made for a bad experience. The stairwells smelled stale. This doesn’t feel like a typical Trentino three-star hotel at all. Not recommended.

The two staff members were very polite and helpful, and check-in was at the neighboring hotel. Breakfast had limited choices, though, and the room could have been cleaner. There was no main light, and the radiators weren’t working, so on the first night we slept in long pants, wool socks, and sweaters because it was so cold. The price was relatively okay for what you get. It’s fine for a night or two, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.

It’s a lovely, idyllic spot, and all in all a very good hotel. The rooms are simple and clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is excellent, with fresh bread every day. You can have dinner at Hotel Monika in the evening. Without a car, though, you may feel a bit lost. It’s a 10-minute walk to the bus stop and the main road, the Dolomite Road.
