Hostdamus is one to avoid. The apartment was dirty and had broken doors, like it had just been robbed. They charged my card a €400 deposit and still refuse to refund it. More than 30 days on, I’m still chasing my money, with dishonest management and no communication. They haven’t answered my calls or emails. Stay elsewhere if you care about getting your money back.

We rented the apartment in the first week of March. It was dirty, and there was no manager available to help. We’ve rented another apartment from host domus Sestriere the Color apart in the same period every year, and after several service problems, we’re still waiting for our deposit to be returned, despite repeated reminders and even our lawyer getting involved.
