The owner was warm, polite, and always available when needed, which helped make the apartment feel like home. It was spotless, comfortable, and just as described. Everything went smoothly during my stay in Siena. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to anyone visiting. A really outstanding experience.

The owner made us feel welcome and helped us arrange taxis, restaurants, and activities. We stayed five nights in the two-bedroom apartment with another couple, a few kilometres outside town. It was modern, clean, and had what we needed to make breakfast. We ate dinner on the patio a couple of times, with amazing valley views. The air conditioning worked really well, which was a big help in hot August. A quiet, charming place for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend.

We rented a car because public transportation doesn’t reach Palazzo del Papa Suites Superior, but getting to the property was easy. Hamza greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, and there are lovely spots to explore nearby. The place was immaculate and well cared for, with beautiful views and a peaceful setting in the Tuscan countryside. A wonderful, picturesque getaway in Tuscany. Highly recommended.

Giovanni was a great host, always on hand with help and advice. The suite was enjoyable to stay in, with a large, well-equipped room and a stunning view. Everything was impressively clean and orderly. We highly recommend it.
