Palazzo Del Papa

The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, and the place was spotless, the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Hamza was kind, kept in touch promptly, and gave us helpful recommendations so we could make the most of Siena. You can tell he puts a lot of effort into making sure guests enjoy their stay. The location is unbeatable. Thank you for everything, Hamza. We hope to see you soon. D&F

Hamza was friendly and responsive, and the room was clearly well maintained. He takes pride in looking after the property. We had a great stay in a very convenient spot for visiting Siena, and he arranged a morning taxi pickup for us to the train station.

The host’s kindness and service really stood out. He left us water, coffee, and snacks, and checked in every day to see if we needed anything. He also organized a taxi to take us and our luggage to our car, then mailed medication we’d left behind. A lovely host and a great find, with spotless, well appointed rooms very close to il Campo.

Hamza’s help is what made the stay special. He gave us great city recommendations and, when things were extremely busy, stayed on the phone with the taxi company to help us get a cab. He even walked with our luggage to a taxi pickup spot where we had a better chance of finding a driver, so we wouldn’t miss our train. The main square is just steps away, and you can’t beat the location in Siena. We absolutely recommend it and will stay again when we return.
