The room was tidy, and the staff were friendly. We had tea and coffee available, and Netflix on the TV. We enjoyed staying at the Siena roofs, especially for the great location and lovely view over Siena.

We left within five minutes of arriving and didn't stay any longer. Our booking was for 3/26-4/1, but the hotel rooms were dirty and smelled bad. When we raised our concerns, the customer service was rude and dismissive. I left disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT STAY HERE.

10/10
Everyone was extremely helpful, and breakfast was very nice. The place is a great option in Siena: the rooms are spacious, including the bathroom, and it's quiet while still being close to the old town.

10/10
We had a very good room with comfortable beds and big windows. The staff were lovely, the views were stunning, and the location was amazing.

8/10
The room felt a bit cold in the morning, and there were too few things provided in the bathroom. Still, everything was clean and the location was really good.
