We came for two nights and ended up staying five, using the hotel as a base for public transport trips to nearby medieval villages. It’s just outside Siena, with bus service and a short ride to the train station. There are eateries nearby, and a huge Conrad supermarket within walking distance. Our room was large and clean, with a firm, comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge, with clean towels and toiletries. We loved the generous breakfast, plus free hot drinks at breakfast and both still and sparkling water throughout the day. We enjoyed our stay.

We came from Greece to stay here, and I’d definitely visit again. The staff were very, very friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, and the food tasted great. Breakfast was perfect, and there’s free parking too. You should visit!

The only drawback is that it’s some distance from the city center, though Siena is small enough that it wasn’t much of a problem. Everything else was amazing for us: kind people, great food, and awesome service. Nothing to complain about.

I stayed at Piccolo Chianti with my family of four, including two kids. The hotel was really clean and quiet, and the crew were fantastic. We only tried breakfast, and it was outstanding.
