We ended up here at the last minute after the countryside villa we'd booked turned out to be a disaster: the toilet was broken and there was no hot water. I booked this hotel at 11 PM on a Monday for the next two nights, while pregnant and due to attend a wedding the following day. I messaged them on WhatsApp to explain and ask whether I could check in early to shower before the event. I was hoping for an hour or two, but they got back to me first thing in the morning and said we could arrive any time after 9:45 AM, almost five hours early. Breakfast was still being served when we got there, and the staff kindly offered us coffee and food. They were all warm and generous. A special thanks to Mikhaela, who handled our WhatsApp messages and check-in so kindly. We stayed in the Diamante Suite, which was stunning, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and we loved the big walk-in closet, living and dining area, and large balcony. I'd wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Tuscany, and I'll definitely return on my next visit.

Our stay at Relais degli Angeli was memorable thanks to the staff, who were warm and professional and went out of their way to help. They arranged airport transfers and gave us invaluable support with our wedding. We stayed in the Rubino Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Breakfast each morning was another highlight, with plenty of delicious choices. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was huge and beautiful, decorated with care and really good taste. This charming hotel is right in the heart of Sienna, with a very good breakfast, a tea and coffee corner, and efficient valet parking. Hope to come back.

Julia at the front desk was friendly and really helpful. The hotel is beautiful and spacious, and it's centrally placed for all the main tourist sights. Our room was clean, comfortable, and roomy too. Breakfast was very good, a great start to our busy days. Loved it!
