I had a great stay. Max at reception was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was very good.

I booked a triple room with two beds, but got a dirty, unattractive room with just one bed. The pictures are misleading, and you don't necessarily get the room you booked. The owner didn't apologize. We spent 20 minutes talking, and he kept saying there was nothing he could do because reception was closed. We'd arrived at 9 PM, after asking when booking whether I could arrive late and check myself in. He'd said yes, no problem. In the end, I called Booking.com, and only after they contacted him did he agree to bring a second bed. About the hotel's reply: there's nothing fake about this review. I booked a triple with two beds and confirmed I could check in at 9 PM. We arrived then and were given a room for two with one bed. The owner wouldn't admit the mistake or provide another bed until I called Booking. That's what happened, and he can't say otherwise.

Really good value! The rooms were modern, clean, and secure, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a good spot, about 10 minutes from Il campo, and there's free WiFi. I honestly can't fault it.

The hotel is close to Siena's main sights, and our room was clean and nice. The person at reception was very kind and helpful. The only downside is that you can't reach it by car, so it's about a five-minute walk from the nearest parking lot. Everything else was great.
