The staff's kindness and thoughtful, heartfelt service made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere at Borgo la Torre alle Tolfe is so distinctive, it feels like stepping into another era. Surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, we could unwind, find some peace, and forget daily life for a while. This was far more than just a place to sleep, it became an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended if you're after a relaxing, authentic getaway.

We loved staying in the tower, and the restaurant was so good we ate there more than five times without leaving a bite behind. The olive oil was incredible too. We even made room in our suitcase to bring three bottles home. It's such a magical place, and I know I'll be thinking about it for a long time.

The property has so much history, and the grounds are beautiful. The staff were kind and hospitable, and our rooms were cosy and clean. My husband and I had a charming anniversary stay and enjoyed every part of it. We'd gladly return. Be sure to take the cooking class!

The restaurant food was great, and the staff were very accommodating. We stayed in the tower room, which I'd highly recommend. It's a tower built in 800 and converted into a suite, with a rooftop veranda offering amazing views. Being outside town gave us a nice balance: we were close to Sienna and other nearby towns without always being in the middle of the city. It added a lot to our experience of Tuscany.
