The good communication and early check-in were appreciated, but they didn't make up for the rest of the stay. We received very little information about the property at the start, and the Wi-Fi was poor and unreliable. The parking lot was often full in the evenings, and we weren't sure who could use the garage. Hallway noise, including children and cleaning staff, carried into the accommodation. Towels were very rough, even though laundry service costs extra. The room wasn't cleaned once during our week, and there were no cleaning supplies or fresh towels. We had complained from the beginning that it was cold, but nothing changed. The heating was limited and barely worked in the bathroom. They said the room was set to 23°C, but it often felt colder, especially in the mornings and after showers. Drying clothes didn't work well either. Guests should be able to set the heat to their own preference, particularly in freezing weather. The accommodation is older, which we could have accepted if it hadn't been so cold. The kitchen was missing basic appliances we'd expect at this price, including an oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. The sauna was open only briefly in the evening, and the outdoor pool shown in the photos wasn't working at all. With no daytime wellness access and skiing areas far away, there wasn't much to do locally. If we'd known, we would have picked somewhere nearer the snow, even without wellness facilities. We left very disappointed and wouldn't stay again. For this price, we've usually had better service at other places. We can't recommend it and would suggest looking elsewhere. The host was friendly, and there was plenty of parking. I spent eight days in an apartment in mid-July. It was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony, though the room felt a bit dated. Noise was the main drawback: the pool area was particularly loud, and industrial and agricultural activity in the valley could be heard throughout the day.

We were able to move straight into our apartment after a very warm welcome. The Fuchs family looked after us so kindly throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous, with something for everyone, and they could prepare eggs in different ways on request. There was also a good choice of coffee and tea. It felt like the right mix of relaxation and adventure for a holiday. Thanks for such a lovely time, Michaela and Sascha. PS: For a good meal nearby, we recommend the Wiedenplatzerkeller in Naturns. Their goulash and kebabs are delicious, made with local ingredients and prepared fresh. The inn dates back to the 17th century and is almost 400 years old, so it's best to reserve ahead. Alte Post in Schlanders serves tasty medieval-inspired dishes and has a good range of specialty beers. You can tell the owners care about what they do. Golden Lion (Schupferwirt) is another option, with great pizza and other tasty food.

We spent New Year's Eve here, my boyfriend and I, and I'd happily do it again. The rooms are warm, welcoming, and meticulously clean. Breakfast has a wide spread of sweet and savory food made with fresh local ingredients. The scrambled egg with speck and chives, cooked to order, is a must. It's also well placed for reaching both the busy Christmas markets and pleasant nature walks.
