The staff were friendly throughout, and Claudio deserves a special mention for helping us with the language barrier and being so accommodating. Our room was cleaned and serviced every day. The restaurant served really good food at fair prices, and we even got to use the on-site spa briefly, though you need to book ahead. The pool was closed while we were there. We spent five nights here for a wedding and turned the trip into a little holiday. The hotel is well placed for walking to nearby villages, although there's a roundabout without a path to cross, and it's a short drive to larger towns and beautiful Lake Trasimeno. We didn't have a safe, and the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work, but neither was a major issue. I'm sure the staff would have helped if we'd brought it up. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

The pool area is lovely, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. The hotel itself is really nice, with clean rooms and amazing staff. I’d definitely recommend it.

We felt very comfortable here as Americans, and were really happy with our stay. It's a cute place in a great location, good value, and the owners and staff were friendly and ready to help with anything we asked. One thing to remember at check-in: ask for the air conditioner remote, or you won't be able to turn it on. Once we had it, the AC and blackout shades helped us sleep really well and get over the jet lag.

The staff were super friendly and nice during our four days there. The place is old, though that fits with Italy's history and culture. Breakfast is a very basic buffet that does the job, so don't expect anything extravagant. There's a pool at the hotel, but it's open to the public and gets overcrowded in good weather.
