The room was really spacious, and the location was great. Just right for our one-night stop.

There was a strange smell, and the cramped bathroom smelled like sewage. We also couldn't flush toilet paper. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful, and trying to check in early got us a rude response. Some floorboards were coming apart and could trip you. They tried covering the odor with a strong fragrance that set off our allergies. We had to ask for toilet paper because housekeeping didn't come that day; then someone barged in while we were in bed and left the paper on the doorstep. There are much better places to choose. I hope this helps someone.

The hosts were lovely and gave us amazing help and service. The room was a great size and had a great shower, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was average for a vegan, though Sicily seems the same everywhere for that. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

The nights were calm and quiet here. The rooms were great, and the sea, restaurants, and market were all just a few minutes away.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were nice, and the location was very good. A really nice hotel in Ortigia. I'd recommend staying here. Thanks to the host :)
