Nicolaus Club Fontane Bianche

It’s a very old property, and the rooms were poorly maintained and unhygienic. The food was low quality and repetitive. The accommodation was very expensive without justification. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel, though it deserves one. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The entertainment is the only part I’d give five stars. The rooms and building feel about 30 years out of date, the pool is always dirty, and the theater doesn’t have enough space for everyone. Bar staff are consistently rude, and the soft all-inclusive is disgusting. They pass off fountain water as purified, the glasses always smell incredibly bad, and there’s no Coke, only Pepsi. People claim the beach loungers from dawn, so it’s hard to find a spot unless you go out and reserve one yourself. I don’t recommend it.

A terrible four days. The staff were extremely rude, the food was awful and seemed recycled, and every day brought more bad dishes. Our rooms were a nightmare, dirty and damp. Even the water bottles were dirty. There was nothing good about the stay, and everyone was complaining. I’ll never come back. Avoid it, or you’ll be wasting your money. A complete fail.

I spent a week here with my husband and wouldn’t recommend the place. The entertainment staff and waitresses were very polite, but the property was dated and dirty throughout, and the water tasted terrible. The food was poor quality and often seemed spoiled. Lunch and dinner kept repeating the same things, like raw peas, beans, and lentils. One person even went to the hospital after eating mussels. If the owners want people to holiday here, they should renovate everything and serve good quality food.
